2024-2025 MINOR HALL APPLICATION
Our signature program application for the Minor Hall is now open. It is welcome to students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades as a free program developed to support the enhancement of our young boys and girls. Please read over the Minor Hall Application page and the instructions before you start the application. PARENT/GUARDIAN
An applicant's parent/guardian has six forms to complete. You should receive an email notification showing the completed form and a code. This code will allow the parent/guardian to return to the form and make edits if the form is saved as a draft. It is advised to start at the first form and allow the system to navigate you to the subsequent forms. Feel free to go into each form as needed but be please sure to complete each one.
You must save the access code from the final form (Program Authorization Agreement) and provide it to the applicant. Applications must include the necessary access code or the application may be disqualified.

APPLICANT
An applicant has two forms to complete: the Minor Hall Application and the Student Program Authorization Agreement. Your application may be disqualified if your access code is not included. You must include the access code from the Parent's program authorization agreement on your application. Please provide the same access code to those submitting your recommendations.
If necessary, you can save the form and revisit the application later.
RECOMMENDATIONS
An access code is required to complete an applicant's recommendation. You can only receive a code from the applicant. Once you are given an access code, you will be able to complete the Recommendation Form.
