The Pearls of Promise Foundation was established by eight women of the Metropolitan Detroit Community as a charitable organization whose primary purpose was to focus on the welfare of the youth. The signature programs, Miner Hall and the Ivylettes, both focus on education, health, global poverty and economic security. Students participate in various activities including but not limited to financial workshops, community service events as hosts and participants, physical well-being sessions, mentoring, college preparation activities and scholarship opportunities. The Foundation also has an annual scholarship program which is based on grade point average, need and academic potential. The Pearls of Promise foundation is supported purely by donations and fundraising. Please send donations to the address located on the Contact page.
